About Me & Why I Started Katlyn Hanover, LLC

​

Katlyn Hanover, LLC was born from a lifelong pattern of listening, observing, and holding space and from the realization that many people are seeking support without wanting to be fixed, rushed, or placed into a rigid framework.

​

I’m a curious learner at heart, deeply attuned to seasons, both in nature and within ourselves. I’ve always been drawn to moments of reflection, whether basking in summer warmth or finding stillness in winter rituals with a cup of tea and quiet thought. Over time, I came to understand that meaningful change doesn’t come from pressure or perfection, but from awareness, curiosity, and compassion.

For more than 15 years, I supported families as a nanny; coaching parents through toddlerhood and guiding children through emotional regulation. Those experiences taught me how to meet people where they are, hold space during big emotions, and adapt to what’s needed in the moment. That way of being present, flexible, and intuitive became the foundation of my work with adults.

​

My own self-love journey began in 2016, when I learned firsthand that happiness and healing don’t come from external validation or achievement. They begin within. That understanding shifted how I approached wellness and ultimately inspired me to create a space that supports inner awareness rather than external expectations.

​

Along the way, I explored creativity through pastry arts, learning patience, presence, and joy through baking. I stepped into vulnerability through freelance modeling, discovering how stories can be held and witnessed without words. In 2019, facing fear led me to the MISS WISCONSIN Stage, as Miss Janesville, which opened the door to volunteering with CASA, advocating for children in foster care and deepening my commitment to compassionate support.

My formal education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Healthy Lifestyle Coaching, along with training in Health and Wellness Coaching through Arizona State University. These studies gave structure and language to what I had already experienced: sustainable progress begins within.

​

I started Katlyn Hanover, LLC to create a supportive, non-forced space where sessions are guided by curiosity and intuition rather than labels or rigid modalities. Here, care is time-based, adaptable, and centered on what feels most supportive for you in the moment whether that includes reflective listening, energy-based support, or lifestyle guidance.

​

This work is rooted in the belief that wellness is not about becoming someone new, but about recognizing patterns, nurturing self-awareness, and learning to love yourself wholeheartedly; so life changes start from within.

My MISSION

My mission is to support you in cultivating self-awareness, curiosity, and compassion helping you move from unconscious patterns to meaningful progress, so life changes begin within and self-care is rooted in loving yourself wholehearted.
