Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 5:30PM to 6:45PM at Beyond Salt Spa in Janesville, WI. Meet me in the Salt Cave as we work on our next goals, such as a new workout or wanting to floss your teeth more often, to wanting to go to sleep earlier. Set your intentions with the New Moon on June 25. After goal setting get cozy as I assist in relaxing and recovering from workouts or aches and pains from everyday movement.
